CAREER & FINANCE ASCENSIONS | CNF

CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT & TERMS

Important: This is a business starter agreement and should be reviewed by qualified Arizona counsel before public launch, especially for any paid credit-related service.

1. Service Scope

Career Finance Ascensions LLC (“CNF”) provides only the service selected by the client. Credit-related services are limited to recommendations, analysis, education, organization, observations, and general next-step guidance based on information the client provides.

2. No Guaranteed Results

CNF does not guarantee a credit-score increase, deletion of accurate negative information, debt reduction, loan approval, employment, interview, salary increase, savings level, financing result, or any other specific financial or career outcome.

3. Client Accuracy

The client is responsible for providing truthful, accurate, and complete information. CNF will not fabricate employment history, education, certifications, accomplishments, income, debts, account information, disputes, or credit information.

4. Career Services

Resume revision, resume rebuilding, professional-profile help, and mock interview services are support services. Employers make hiring and compensation decisions.

5. Financial Education

CNF may organize income, expenses, debts, savings goals, spending patterns, and cash flow and may provide general educational recommendations. Clients remain responsible for their own financial decisions.

6. Credit Recommendations, Analysis & Education

CNF may help clients understand credit-report information, reported accounts, credit factors, utilization, debt organization, and possible next steps. CNF does not promise a particular score change or removal of accurate information.

7. Professional-Service Limits

CNF does not present these services as legal, tax, accounting, investment-advisory, lending, debt-settlement, or guaranteed credit-repair services. Clients should use an appropriately licensed professional when their situation requires regulated professional advice.

8. Privacy & Sensitive Information

Clients should not provide passwords, PINs, one-time authentication codes, banking login credentials, or unnecessary Social Security information. CNF should collect and retain only information reasonably needed to provide the purchased service and should use secure methods for sensitive documents.

9. Payments

Pricing is disclosed before checkout. Third-party payment processors may apply separate terms. Work should not begin until payment status and required acceptance steps are complete.

10. Cancellations, Refunds & Revisions

The published Refund & Revision Policy explains CNF’s intended business rules. Any cancellation or other rights required by applicable law control over a conflicting business policy.

11. Electronic Acceptance

Electronic or checkbox acceptance may be used when properly configured. The live system should preserve which version of the terms the client accepted.
