Before Work Begins
If CNF has not begun work and no customized service has been performed, a cancellation request may be considered according to the checkout terms and applicable law.
After Customized Work Begins
Because resume writing, interview preparation, financial reviews, and personalized educational recommendations involve customized work, refund eligibility may be limited after work has begun, subject to applicable law.
Revisions
Each service should state the number or type of revisions included. Revisions are intended to correct or refine the purchased deliverable and do not automatically include a new service or a substantially different scope.
Missed or Incomplete Client Information
Delivery timelines may be affected when required client information is missing or inaccurate.
